Spring is here, Memorial Day is about to arrive, graduations are being celebrated and entertaining outside is in full swing.  Although we consider hamburgers and hot dogs to be our national grilling icons, they aren’t the only fare to serve just because you are firing up your grill. Why not try some smoky and smooth Eggplant with Pomegranate Molasses grilled over your fire and then combined with olive oil and seasonings to start off your meal?

Grilled Salmon with Pink Peppercorn Citrus Sauce is a warmweather dish off your grill that will elevate any outdoor entertaining.

Must have beef?  Sate Manis, an Indonesian marinated beef skewered with vegetables and grilled over hot coals will become your new summer staple for entertaining.
